Franchise Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced *Franchise Manager* to lead franchise operations for our B2C business(Urban Bazar) You'll be the key link between the company and our franchise partners — driving performance, ensuring brand consistency, and helping franchisees grow profitably. This is a senior, on-site role for someone who thrives on ownership, relationship management, and operational rigor.

What You'll Do
- Identify and scout new franchise opportunities across different territories/areas — site selection, feasibility, and partner evaluation
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new franchisees: launch readiness, training, and initial ramp-up
- Manage day-to-day relationships with franchise partners across your assigned territory, acting as their primary point of contact
- Monitor franchise performance against sales, quality, and compliance targets; identify gaps and drive corrective action plans




- Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, operating procedures, and company policies
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews; prepare reports for senior leadership
- Resolve escalations and operational issues quickly, balancing franchisee needs with company standards
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to roll out new programs, promotions, and systems to the franchise network
- Track and report on franchise P&L; health, royalty collections, and compliance metrics

Ideal Background

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, or multi-unit business operations
- Proven track record managing partner/franchisee
