Job Summary




- Treasury works closely with senior management, the businesses, Country CEOs / CFOs, and Finance to manage and promote the bank’s liquidity, capital, and balance sheet position. Treasury is laser-focussed on its vision to be “Open, progressive and trusted, working commercially with our partners” to create sustainable value by balancing the supply and demand of liquidity and capital.
- Treasury Capital is responsible for the management and optimization of the firm’s capital, balance sheet, and structural liquidity, ensuring resilience, regulatory compliance, and effective deployment of capital across the organization. Within the Global Capability Centre (GCC) model, Treasury Capital plays a pivotal role in delivering standardized, well-controlled, and scalable capital processes by partnering closely with Group Treasury, Risk, Finance, and regional stakeholders.
