Key Responsibilities? Product Design & Development
- Develop new garment designs based on market trends and customer requirements.
- Create seasonal collections and new product concepts.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, labels, zippers, elastics, drawcords, packaging materials,



and other accessories.
- Suggest current color combinations, contrast ideas, and styling improvements.
- Work closely with buyers and the merchandising team to develop commercially successful products.
- Ensure designs are practical for mass production.

? Production Planning & Management
- Plan and monitor the complete production process from fabric issuance to final packing.
- Coordinate with outsourced fabricators for cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing, and packing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Minimize production delays and improve workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, quality, merchandising, and dispatch teams.

✅ Quality Management
- Establish quality standards for every production stage.
- Monitor workmanship and finishing quality.
- Reduce rejection and alteration percentages.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement correcti
