We sell and service the complete DJI range alongside QuadX Care after-sales maintenance contracts and the Sentinel Tactical Supplies institutional vertical. Role Overview

The Retail Head is a current role created as the business moves from founder-led sales management to a structured commercial function. This is a selling manager role - not a pure manager. You carry your own personal revenue target alongside ownership of the team's commercial performance across all three stores.





The first four months are weighted toward fixing the operational foundation - CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, AMC conversion, and team coaching - before full personal revenue expectations apply from month five. This structure is intentional: we want the foundation built correctly before scaling.

Revenue Targets

Personal Revenue Ramp:
- Months 1 to 2: Rs 10 to 12 lakhs per month
- Months 3 to 4: Rs 18 to 20 lakhs per month
- Month 5 onwards (steady state): Rs 25 lakhs per month

Team Accountability (from Month 3):
- Each Sales Executive under you carries a Rs 25 lakhs per month target
- SE performance directly affects your variable pay - if an SE misses target, it is reflected in your assessment, not just theirs

Combined team plus personal target at full headcount: Rs 75 lakhs and above per month
