Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Executive – Training Support and Coordination.





This is a multifaceted role that involves managing training operations, coordinating with candidates and institutions, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end coordination between students, institutes, and internal teams
- Handle student communication, scheduling, attendance, assessments, and progress tracking
- Conduct follow-ups, calls, and virtual meetings with candidates and partner institutions
- Generate current leads and follow up with existing inquiries to encourage program registrations and consistently achieve targets
- Assist in planning and executing training programs to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and update reports, trackers, and performance data for management review
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow alignment
- Support business development and training operations through structured coordination and r
