Accountabilities
The Legal Counsel will support global sales and professional services activities by providing practical,



business-focused legal guidance and ensuring contracts align with regulatory and commercial requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and negotiating enterprise sales opportunities with global customers, technology partners, and large-scale organizations across multiple international markets.
- Reviewing, drafting, and processing contract variations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and customer requirements.
- Maintaining and improving standard legal documentation, including customer terms and conditions, statements of work, contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal guidelines.
- Supporting governance processes related to qualified services involvement throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Advising business teams on technology contracting, IT agreements, data protection, and privacy considerations for cross-border transactions.
