Beyond Crimson is a full-service advertising, marketing, and content production agency offering social media management, large-scale campaigns, PR, media planning, and influencer marketing, supported by an in-house production house for photography and cinematography. We work across sister verticals including boutique travel, documentary and commercial video production, and design.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to be the primary link between our clients and our internal creative, content, and production teams. This person will own client relationships end to end — understanding briefs, translating them into actionable internal tasks, keeping projects on schedule, and ensuring every deliverable meets the client’s expectations and our creative standards.

This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate has genuinely worked inside an advertising or marketing agency before and understands, in practice, how account management functions within that ecosystem — not just in theory.

Key Responsibilities




- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
- Understand client briefs thoroughly and translate them into explicit internal work orders for the creative, design, content, and production teams
- Coordinate timelines across social media, PR, campaigns, influencer marketing, photography, and video production, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Track project status closely and proactively flag risks to deadlines or scope before they become problems
- Prepare and present campaign plans, reports, and reviews to clients
- Manage client expectations around budgets, timelines, and scope changes
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (design, content, production, digital marketing) to ensure smooth handoffs
- Follow and reinforce internal SOPs and reporting frameworks (including our internal accountability check-ins)
