Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- in full stack development (Python, AI/ML or similar backend; React, Angular, or Vue for frontend).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, etc.), and AI/ML model integration.
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL, data lakes, and real-time processing.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance in AI applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience building agentic AI solutions in a production setting.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and GenAI application development.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, etc.).
- Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch).
- Prior work in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) is a plus.
