Job Objective

To ensure smooth dispatch operations, inventory control, transport coordination, warehouse management, and availability of packaging materials for uninterrupted production and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatches as per production and sales plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, tracking, and timely deliveries.
- Maintain packaging material inventory and ensure availability for production.
- Track movement of materials between plants and warehouses.
- Ensure proper warehouse stacking, storage, and inventory controls.
- Monitor labour productivity and loading/unloading activities.
- Support logistics planning, transport negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Maintain logistics MIS, inventory records, and operational reports.




- Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Dispatch, Shipping, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, Beverage, Food Processing, Manufacturing, Packaging, or related industries.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, dispatch operations, and transporter coordination.
- Exposure to ERP/SAP systems preferred.
- Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.
