Role Description
The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Amritsar, responsible for overseeing customer interactions and ensuring a high standard of service across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and complaints, supervising front-line support staff, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, identifying trends,



and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to improve processes and customer satisfaction. The Customer Relations Manager will also develop and implement service policies, train team members in best practices, and support initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and brand reputation.

Qualifications
- Customer service and relationship management skills, including the ability to handle escalations and resolve issues professionally.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage respectfully and clearly with customers and team members.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, including experience in managing multiple cases, prioritizing tasks, and following structured processes.
