Job summary:

The HR Intern at Bloomingdale Public Relations will support the HR team in day-to-day operations and initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai City and involves assisting with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling. Responsibilities also include assisting with employee engagement initiatives, compiling HR reports and documentation, and providing administrative support for benefits and personnel-related queries.



The role offers exposure to HR practices within a dynamic communications environment and the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals.

Desired skills:
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) with an interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and take initiative on assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
