Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the face of *Meister Rehab*. As the first point of contact for patients and clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients/clients warmly at the front desk
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and respond to inquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments and maintain daily appointment logs
- Follow up with patients for bookings, payments, and reminders
- Maintain patient records and update treatment files
- Collect payments and manage billing receipts accurately
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other team members
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area




- Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or service-based setup is a plus
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English
- Basic computer and mobile application skills (Excel, WhatsApp, billing software)
- Punctual, organized, and polite
- Trustworthy and able to handle cash responsibly
