What You'll Do
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Guide users through product features and help them get the most out of the platform.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve the customer experience.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to help improve the product.





Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional while handling customer concerns.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools.

Good to Have
- Internship or experience in customer support, customer success, or operations.
- Experience with CRM or customer support tools.
- Familiarity with chat, email, or ticketing platforms.
