Job Summary

Hilary Rhoda is looking for a detail-oriented professional to support commercial operations by managing distributor follow-ups, coordinating with sales teams, handling MIS reporting, and ensuring timely resolution of commercial queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with indirect distributors for outstanding payments, documentation, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales teams (SO, ASE, ASM, RSM) for collection updates and issue resolution.
- Track and follow up on sales schemes, claims, and related documentation.
- Provide sales support by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales and collection data to generate actionable reports.
- Maintain accurate records using Advanced Microsoft Excel and Tally.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to commercial processes.

Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Collections, or MIS.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,218.39 - ₹40,584.32 per month
