Attend Sunrise and Sunset meeting with MDT

Daily verify First piece and In-process inspection reports

Prepare and send PDI reports to customer as per despatch plan Monitor rejection data and prepare action plan, alongwith Production team, to reduce rejection

Record customer complaints, and prepare CAPA/RCA/why-why report to close the same

If required, visit to customer to attend complaint

Verify effectiveness of CAPA

Prepare yearly plan for process audit, product audit, RM audit, SPC, MSA, and adhere to it

Ensure proper and timely disposal of NG material

Give feedback to Purchase team regarding supplier quality issues Daily rounds on shop floor to ensure proper product quality as per drawings





Properly maintain all inspection instruments as per list of IMTE

Send gauges for calibration as per pre-defined frequency

Followup with suppliers for TCs if not received in time

Clear GRRs within 2 days

Monthly monitoring of KPIs - Rejection, Rework, Calibration

Prepare Action plan for negative trends in KPI

Carry out supplier audits

Prepare PPAP documentation for new part development and followup with customer for PSW

Stop production/despatch if specifications are not as per requirement Active participation in team feasibility for recent components
