We organize product delivery into five focused Agile Pods — Titan, Atlas, Nova, Pulse, and Bridge — each owning a distinct part of the Zato platform end-to-end, backed by dedicated cross-pod functions in engineering infrastructure (Forge), security & compliance (Shield), quality (Vanguard), and customer success (Summit). We're hiring a dedicated Product Manager for each Pod to own its roadmap and take it to its next stage of growth, partnering closely with each Pod's engineering SPOC(s), the PMO, and the wider Zato leadership team.

About the Role





Atlas is the financial backbone of Zato — manual and auto journals, the workpaper engine, and multi-jurisdiction (NZ/AU) workpapers. As Atlas's Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap for how accounting teams create, review, and audit their financial records inside Zato.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and prioritize the Atlas roadmap across journals, the workpaper engine, and NZ/AU jurisdictional requirements

• Build a multi-year vision for how Zato modernizes workpaper preparation and review

Execution & Delivery

• Translate complex accounting and compliance requirements into clear, engineering-ready user stories

• Partner with Atlas's engineering team to scope solutions that meet audit and traceability standards

• Apply agentic AI to streamline journal creation, review, and workpaper preparation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Security, Compliance & Reg
