Job Description

The COO- Technology Products is a senior executive responsible for leading product implementation, support, and delivery across multiple industry domains — Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, High-Tech Software, and High-Tech Manufacturing. The role spans Genpact’s own software and IP (including orchestration and workflow platforms), third-party enterprise products (ServiceNow, Salesforce, HighRadius, Blackline, Zelix), and RPA delivery.
