Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects across service delivery operations. This role operates across various portfolio of organizations covering IT infrastructure, service delivery, vendor management and operations. You will own project execution across multiple workstreams, work hands-on with our internal platforms (ClickUp, Smartsheet etc.) and serve as a bridge between delivery teams and senior leadership. This is a high-ownership role for a candidate who thrives on accountability, communicates proactively, and is comfortable navigating complexity across technology, operations, and compliance domains in a rapid-paced affordable housing and real estate services environment.

Project Ownership & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and formal closure.
- Manage concurrent workstreams across IT infrastructure,



property operations, vendor rollouts, and enterprise software deployments.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using ClickUp and Smartsheet; maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans at all times.
- Proactively identify risks, escalate blockers to the Senior PM, and implement mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on track.

Reporting & Governance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, MIS dashboards, and executive-level project summaries for review by the Senior PM and leadership stakeholders.
- Monitor timesheet accuracy, workforce utilization, and billing inputs; reconcile discrepancies in coordination with department managers.
- Maintain governance documentation including project charters, SOPs, RACI matrices, and decision logs across assigned portfolios.
