Role Description

The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders, providing information about university programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up on inquiries, updating databases,



and coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure timely communication. The role involves explaining course offerings in a clear, courteous manner, addressing queries, and guiding callers through application and enrollment steps. The Telecaller will also support telephonic campaigns, collect feedback, and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.
