HR Manager

*Job Summary:-*

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and overall HR administration. *Key Responsibilities:-*
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR operations.
- Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and employee benefits.
- Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.




- Manage HRMS and employee database.
- Handle exit formalities and Full & Final settlements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support management with HR-related activities.

*Required Qualifications:-*
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations, Statutory Compliance, and Labor Laws.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
