About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and experienced Senior Social Media Strategist to lead the planning and execution of digital communication for a prestigious Government Project (GLPC).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling government or large-scale public awareness campaigns, creating result-oriented strategies, coordinating with creative teams, and managing end-to-end campaign execution across digital and offline platforms.

The candidate must be capable of making quick decisions, handling urgent campaign requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of all promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with government communication objectives.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, audience engagement, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers, and Marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Guide the creative team regarding campaign requirements, creative direction, messaging, and branding.
- Plan and recommend the most effective promotional mediums based on campaign objectives and target audience.

Strong Knowledge of Offline & Outdoor Branding

The candidate should have practical knowledge of planning and executing promotional activities through:
