Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Case Coordinator to manage and coordinate Australian immigration cases. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling General Skilled Migration (GSM) cases and Australian Subclass 189 visa applications. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth processing of visa applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end coordination of Australian immigration cases.
- Manage General Skilled Migration (GSM) applications.
- Process and coordinate Australian Subclass 189 visa applications.
- Review client profiles and ensure eligibility documentation is complete.
- Collect, verify, and organize all required documents.
- Prepare files for Skills Assessment, Expression of Interest (EOI), and visa submission.
- Coordinate with clients for pending documents and provide regular updates.




- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM.
- Ensure compliance with Australian immigration documentation requirements.
- Work closely with the Sales and Case Management teams for smooth file processing.
- Manage multiple cases while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Australian General Skilled Migration (GSM) cases.
- Experience handling Australian Subclass 189 visa applications.
- Knowledge of Skills Assessment, EOI, and Australian PR documentation.
- Robust documentation and file management skills.
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Australia Immigration Case Coordinator or Case Officer.
