Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation Maintenance

Operate and maintain utility equipment such as:
- Induced draft cooling towers
- Reciprocating centrifugal air compressors
- Pumps (centrifugal, submersible, reciprocating)

1. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns.
2. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on compressors, dryers, after-coolers, and associated utilities.
3. Identify and resolve leakages and inefficiencies in the compressed air distribution system.
4. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules (PMS).
5. Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP tools
6. Conduct autonomous maintenance practices and ensure compliance with TPM and 6S methodologies.
7. Manage spare parts using inventory tools (ABC/VED analysis).

Familiar with safety systems (HIRA, PTW, IMS)
9. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
10. Ability to interpret PIDs, equipment manuals, and service drawings
11. Exposure to nitrogen systems, utility operations in steel, chemical, or process industries preferred.
