About the Role

Edvelup is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Admin & Accounts to manage day-to-day administrative operations while overseeing core accounting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office administration, maintain financial records, coordinate with vendors, and ensure statutory compliance to support the organization's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounts & Finance: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Administration: Oversee office administration, vendor management, procurement, asset maintenance, facility coordination, travel arrangements, and general administrative support.
- MIS & Compliance: Prepare monthly MIS reports, assist in month-end closures, manage cash flow records,



and ensure timely GST, TDS, payroll, PF/ESI/PT compliance and documentation.
- Audit & Coordination: Support internal and statutory audits, maintain financial and administrative records, coordinate with external vendors, auditors, and service providers, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Key Requirements
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Accounts and Administration. Experience in an EdTech or startup environment is an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime/Zoho Books, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, payroll accounting, statutory compliance, and office administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi.
