- Breakdown Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Troubleshooting Knowledge in PLC
- Troubleshooting knowledge in CNC Machinery
- Troubleshooting knowledge in FANUC WELDING ROBOTS/ FANUC HANDLING ROBOTS
- Troubleshooting knowledge on Hydraulic presses
- Troubleshooting knowledge in SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINES ( ie Butt welding/ Testing machines )
- Need to plan Annual Preventive maintenance
- Need to Plan day/weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Half-Yearly/Yearly PM plan
- Resource planning to do PM
- Execution of Preventive Maintenance
- Handling of shift activities
- MTTR and MTBF controlling in the shift
- Kaizen Activity planning and execution
- Cost saving activities
Preferred candidate profile
DEEE WITH 4-9 Years experience
