We’re looking for an Instagram & Community Manager who will own the day-to-day execution of our Instagram presence and help turn our audience into meaningful conversations.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys social media, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

Instagram Management

* Publish reels, carousels and posts

* Schedule content

* Manage daily stories

* Maintain the content calendar

* Ensure all content goes live on time

Community Management

* Respond to comments and DMs

* Engage with our audience proactively

* Qualify inbound conversations

* Handover qualified leads to the sales team

* Build relationships with our community

Content Operations

* Coordinate with designers and editors

* Organise content assets

* Prepare carousel posts

* Tag products, resources and lead magnets





* Manage ManyChat automations

Growth Support

* Research competitors

* Identify trending content formats

* Suggest new content ideas and hooks

* Improve our organic Instagram funnel

* Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
