Accountabilities
The D365 Operations Lead will oversee the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.



The role involves partnering with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and operational excellence through the following responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions across enterprise environments.
- Design and deploy Advanced Warehouse Management processes to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational productivity.
- Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into scalable D365 functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and support supply chain modules including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, production, and logistics.
