- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities through effective communication and persuasion.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales while maintaining professionalism.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maximize conversion rates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Record customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute sales campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Meet daily calling targets, weekly conversion goals, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's services and contribute to overall business growth.
