Role Purpose

Coordinates self-performed Electrical (LT + HT), HVAC, and Plumbing works end-to-end across construction and fit-out sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, sequence, and supervise MEP execution across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing trades.
- Coordinate with the Licensed Electrical Supervisor on LT/HT compliance and statutory sign-off (CEIG).
- Supervise the Site Supervisor – MEP and MEP skilled/unskilled labour.
- Keep clean-room AHU/validation work out of self-perform scope — route to specialist vendor.
- Coordinate direct-from-manufacturer procurement of MEP material with Procurement/QS.
- Own MEP tooling readiness (Section 5 trade tool kit) and electrical safety compliance.
- Support statutory compliance tracking (PF/ESI,



Workmen's Comp) for MEP labour.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' MEP execution experience, including exposure to HVAC and plumbing coordination.
- Healthcare or hospital MEP experience a plus.

Key Skills

Cross-trade coordination, electrical safety awareness, vendor and subcontractor management.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
