Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Private

Client and Family Office Advisory team.

The role offers an chance to work closely with promoters, HNIs/UHNIs, family businesses and global families on taxation, transaction advisory, family office structuring, private trusts, succession planning and cross-border matters.

The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality advisory and client servicing while assisting in the execution of complex private client assignments.

Qualification and Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in taxation or advisory
- Experience in HNI taxation, private trust structuring or family office advisory will be preferred
- Working knowledge of FEMA and cross-border taxation would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, research, communication and client-handling skills

Key Responsibilities
- Advising HNIs, UHNIs, promoters and family businesses on direct tax and regulatory matters




- Assisting in the structuring and establishment of family offices and private family trusts
- Working on succession planning, estate planning and family governance assignments
- Supporting transaction advisory and cross-border structuring engagements
- Analysing FEMA implications relating to overseas assets, investments and remittances
- Preparing advisory notes, presentations, proposals and client deliverables
- Coordinating with lawyers, bankers, trustees, investment advisors and other stakeholders
- Managing regulatory, tax and compliance requirements relating to private clients and trusts
- Conducting technical research on tax, FEMA, trust and succession-related matters
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring timely delivery of assignments
