Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements from BRD, FRD, RFQ, RFP documents to identify project scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information on government projects' needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Create detailed documentation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for internal use by the team.
- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular updates on progress and issues encountered during implementation.
- Support Project Directors and Senior Management in planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, deliverables, and compliance with approved scope. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders for smooth implementation of project activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, notes, MOMs, reports, and presentations.
- Support procurement and hiring processes including RFQs, evaluations, work orders, and onboarding formalities.
- Track financials, milestones,



and utilization of resources in coordination with finance teams. Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking with stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to Government procedures, guidelines, and organizational policies. Support audits, reviews, and inspections by providing required data and documentation.
- Perform any other project-related tasks assigned by senior officers from time to time.

Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services & consulting industry.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business problems using various tools such as BRD, FRD, RFQ, RFP.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, programme management, or operations.
- Experience working in Government / PSU / e-Governance / large institutional projects is desirable.
- Positive understanding of project management processes, documentation, and reporting.
