Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator & CRM to support our sales team by managing customer interactions, maintaining CRM data, coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team when required
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and feedback
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system, including leads, contacts, and sales opportunities
- Track the lead lifecycle from inquiry to conversion
- Coordinate with the technician team and monitor follow-ups for client services




- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer support

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, CRM, Customer Service, or a similar role
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
