Salesforce Developer CoE Engineering Team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2+ Years of Development experience in Salesforce and certified in Salesforce.
- Works with business users on translating their use cases into Salesforce Modules/screens/APIs and ensure the requirements are clear, complete and correct.
- Implementation of the Front end and Integration requirements into Secure, Scalable and high performing screens to support the backend modules.
- Complete the configuration of User Stories using OOTB Salesforce features and AppExchange Products requirement minimum customization and custom development.
- Design, Develop and Test the Pages as per the functional and non-functional requirements.
- Follow the culture of valuable security, coding standards, best practices and adhere to the standards & guidelines, including Design, Developed Code, Functional & Non-functional Testing, pipeline, Deployments and Project documentation.
- Create the required CI/CD Pipeline, manage deployments and prepare the required documentation.




- Suggesting improvements to the existing landscape.
- Anticipating the technology risks and ensuring to have the contingency plans in place.

- Works collaboratively with other Technology teams that take care of Infrastructure, Applications and Data, to ensure we work towards a common goal to meet customers and Business satisfaction.

PREFERRED CREDENTIALS

WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years as Salesforce developer with 1 to 2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Has hands-on experience with Salesforce features like lightning, Process Builders, Flows, Automation Rules, etc. and custom development using Apex, Visualforce and LWC.
- Experience in Development of Salesforce APIs and binding of external APIs.
- Experience in Agile, DevOps and Containerization.
- Experience of setting up Authentication and Authorization.
- Experience in Insurance Domain
