Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective/existing customers to promote and sell products or services
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and persuasively
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or previous calls
Maintain and update call logs, customer details, and sales data in the CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer objections and negotiate terms where applicable
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, payments, and after-sales support
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business
Report daily call/sales performance to the team lead or manager
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
