- Share inputs based on learning from previous iterations to enhance the value add of the functions processes to the organization.
- Support policy creation by creating relevant business cases, simulations, scenarios etc. Support the Change Management processes and ensure that the rationale and philosophy is communicated consistently.
- Conduct secondary research on assigned areas to gather information on HR best practices followed in the industry/other industries and provide recommendations to supervisor on areas of focus/improvement. Support creation of artifacts required for deployment and communication.
- Review HR Operations and dashboards at regular intervals and identify areas of suboptimal performance and initiate corrective actions.



Evaluate scope for continuous improvement and also solicit support from external organizations for diagnosing and providing recommendations on internal HR processes as required._x000D_Develop frameworks for implementing process improvement suggestions given by the manager and also work with BPHRs and CoE Leads for conceptualization and deployment of HR system and process enhancements. Provide inputs for systemic changes/creation of tools and work closely with IS for implementation of the same.
- Facilitate the flow of timely information from various units, systems and corporate functions required for analytics and reporting for different HR processes. Monitor preparation of and review the various dashboards and analytics reports prepared by the team and also prepare confidential and high-impact analytics reports as required that would help identify opportunities for rolling out strategic interventions.
