We are hiring for the position of LLM / AI Engineer for a 1-year contractual role (extendable based on business requirements).

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-grade LLM and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Build Agentic AI workflows for complex business processes.
- Develop document understanding capabilities for extracting and classifying information from unstructured documents.
- Design prompt engineering frameworks to generate accurate and structured AI outputs.
- Build and maintain knowledge retrieval systems using vector databases.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring to improve LLM accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions in production.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in LLM, NLP, or Applied AI.




- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Experience building production-grade RAG applications.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, or Databricks Vector Search.
- Strong understanding of embedding models, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with document processing, including PDF parsing, OCR, and chunking.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS, TruLens, or similar tools.
- Experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on enterprise AI applications.
- Exposure to compliance, legal, financial, or regulatory document processing.
- Experience with multilingual document understanding and LLM fine-tuning is an added advantage.
