Role Description
The Coordinator of Volunteers at Talent Castillo is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and supporting volunteer activities across programs and initiatives. This role includes recruiting and onboarding volunteers, organizing schedules, and ensuring volunteers have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. The coordinator will design and deliver volunteer training, maintain accurate records, and monitor engagement and performance. Day-to-day tasks involve communicating regularly with volunteers and staff, coordinating virtual meetings, supporting community outreach efforts, and improving volunteer processes based on feedback and program needs.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers effectively.




- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to build relationships, provide clear guidance, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to engage partners, promote volunteer opportunities, and support program visibility.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle part time remote work, scheduling, and documentation.
- Candidates should be comfortable using digital tools and online platforms for remote coordination and communication.
- Prior experience in nonprofit, community programs, or volunteer coordination is preferred but not required.
