Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer

Location: Coimbatore (Travel across Tamil Nadu and other states as required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Service Engineer to promote, sell, install, and support laboratory equipment and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to build long-term relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current customers in industries, research laboratories, educational institutions, hospitals, and food testing laboratories.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and recommend suitable laboratory solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.

Service Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and demonstrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Provide preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
- Calibrate and verify equipment performance where applicable.
- Train customers on the proper operation and routine maintenance of instruments.
- Prepare service reports after every customer visit.
- Coordinate with suppliers for technical support and spare parts when required.

Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with good technical aptitude or candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience are welcome.
