Role Description
The Recruiting Intern will support the talent acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across Fission Inc. This full time position is based on-site at the Hyderabad office. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with job posting, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help manage communication with candidates,



support onboarding and training initiatives, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The role offers exposure to recruitment strategies, hiring best practices, and the overall employee lifecycle within a growing tech organization.

- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting to support end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist in onboarding and orientation activities.
