Position Details

Role:
Technical Recruiter – Domestic IT Staffing

Location:
Hyderabad

Experience:
1–4 Years

Notice Period:
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Note:
Candidates with
only US Staffing experience
are not eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely closures and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
.




- Valuable understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, Data Engineering, and related technologies.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience in salary negotiation and candidate relationship management.
- MSP/VMS recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
- Mandatory experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
