Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESI, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage HRMS system to maintain accurate employee records and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to statutory compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in the organization's HR processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, particularly PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in managing HRMS systems for effective record-keeping and reporting.
