Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented
Lead Visual Designer
to own and drive Rotoris' visual identity across digital, social, website, campaigns, product launches, packaging, and marketing communications.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design thinking, a refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual experiences while leading creative execution across the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Photoshop (top priority) — Experience with retouching and image manipulation





Adobe Suite — Illustrator and InDesign

Strong creative thinking

Good design taste (someone who's worked with premium brands, not mass-market brands like Myntra or Flipkart)

4–5 years of experience

Can manage projects independently and take ownership
- Experience in branding and packaging design, with good knowledge of print media and production

Technical Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
- AI-powered creative tools (preferred)
