About Brain Bristle

Brain Bristle is a not-for-profit foundation for autism and inclusion, currently based in Mumbai. The organization works with low-income schools across the city to build high-quality education, exposure, and inclusion for students on the autism spectrum and other high learning needs. Brain Bristle focuses on building inclusive school environments from the ground up, strengthening advocacy for autism, and conducting workshops and awareness programs to expand the reach and impact of its work.

The Role

We are hiring a Regional Training & Research Lead to grow our training in the field of autism, inclusion and equitable education across new regions and schools and to oversee our growing research vertical. This role anchors our new Training Vertical, Modules of Learning for Autism Inclusion, and drives the studies that make our training, programs, awareness building, advocacy and delivery demonstrably better. What you'

ll own:



Training Vertical
- Plan, organize, and facilitate bi-monthly large-scale pan- Asia trainings on autism,

education, and inclusion pedagogy.
- Expand the training program into recent regions and school partnerships.
- Build organizational roadmaps for training rollouts, with regular small group check-ins and

follow-ups to track progress.
- Work closely with school staff and stakeholders to ensure trainings translate into

student, classroom and school impact.

What you'll own: Research at Shudh Shodh
- Lead Brain Bristle's research agenda on autism, inclusion and education in

low-income Indian schools, shaping the questions, the studies, and the publications.
- Design and run controlled and trial studies (pre/post, matched-comparison, and

pilot RCT designs) that test and enhance our training, program models and delivery.
- Build the measurement backbone: instruments, data protocols, and ethical
