Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for selection.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities for newly joined employees.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
- Robust understanding of offer generation, joining formalities, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, and other departments.
