Hiring: Client Servicing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Client Servicing Manager
to join our team. If you have a passion for building strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and managing key accounts, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.




- Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare client reports, monitor account performance, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
