Role Description
The Bio Stimulant Lab Technician will perform daily laboratory activities related to the development, testing, and quality control of bio stimulants and other crop input products. Responsibilities include preparing samples and reagents, conducting chemical and physical analyses, recording test data, and maintaining accurate documentation according to internal protocols and regulatory requirements.



The technician will operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensure proper calibration, follow safety procedures, and assist in troubleshooting product performance issues. Collaboration with R&D; and quality assurance teams to support experiments, process optimization, and product improvements will be expected. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ratia.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess core laboratory skills, including sample preparation, handling of chemicals and reagents, and safe operation of standard lab equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in data recording, documentation, and basic data analysis to ensure accurate test results and traceable lab records.
