Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Python-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, technical leadership skills, and the ability to mentor developers while delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Python applications.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams.




- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and production support.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as
Django, Flask, or FastAPI
.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
