Role Description
The Performance Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to generate qualified leads and drive property inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and audience research, managing paid campaigns (such as search, social, and display), tracking key performance metrics,



and preparing reports and insights for the leadership team. The associate will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals, optimize landing pages and creatives, and support promotional initiatives for Noida and Dubai properties. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and continuous performance improvements.
