Hiring: Senior Credit Risk Analyst – Surety & Trade Credit Insurance (TCI)

Location: Pune | Experience: 2–5 Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

· Perform detailed assessments for Surety and Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) proposal

· Analyze financial statements, cash flows, banking arrangements, working capital, leverage, and key credit ratios to assess creditworthiness

· Conduct comprehensive credit and risk assessments of contractors, buyers, group entities, and projects, and provide well-supported underwriting recommendations on credit limits, bond capacities, and risk mitigation measures

· Review tender documents, contracts, Letters of Award (LOAs), project cash flows, and contractual obligations to identify key risks and recommend suitable risk mitigation measures

· Conduct industry, market, and business risk assessments by reviewing company credit reports, external databases, and market intelligence

· Monitor existing exposures and identify early warning signals including negative news, that may impact the credit profile &/or project execution





· Prepare and present detailed underwriting assessments, articulating key risks, mitigants, and underwriting rationale to facilitate decision-making by internal stakeholders and insurers

· Support quality review, share technical knowledge and best practices across the team

· Management of existing portfolio related to the contractors as well as buyers

· Be ready to supervise team of analysts, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to underwriting standards

· Coordinate with credit information agencies, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely processing of cases

· Contribute to process improvements, underwriting guidelines, MIS preparation, and portfolio monitoring

Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or MBA (Finance).

· 2–5 years of experience in Credit risk assessment esp. in Surety, Trade Credit Insurance. Banking, NBFC or Corporate ex
