Trainee – Operations
Location:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Trainee – Operations
to support our operations team in customer service, coordination, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service-related activities and support.
- Coordinate with Plants, Depots (3PLs), and Vendors for smooth operations.
- Perform data entry, data analysis, and maintain operational records.
- Prepare and publish MIS reports and Vendor Scorecards.
Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Robust proficiency in
Advanced Excel
and
PowerPoint
(
mandatory
).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Fresh graduates with strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
